DAMAGES & ISSUES 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

You are going to be delighted with your new Anaconda Swim, but if for any reason you are not, you are welcome to exchange your bikini within 14 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for another style, color or size. We do not refund the credit of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@anacondaswim.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

PAYMENTS

Exchange shipping is at customer cost. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

If the bikini is defective, we will refund the cost of the shipping and replace the damaged pieces for new ones.

Due to the limited edition seasonal collection, replacements are subject to availability of style. If you opt for a different style, the difference in price will be refunded or paid by you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
